TERMS & CONDITIONS: Live As Local<\/h2>

Welcome to Live As Local! By booking any of our experiences (Audio Tours, Food Walks, or Cooking Classes), you agree to the following terms. Our goal is to ensure a safe, fun, and authentic Athenian experience for everyone.<\/p>

1. Booking & Access<\/h3>

Audio Tours (VoiceMap):<\/strong>
Your booking provides a unique access code for one device. You are responsible for having a charged smartphone and internet access to download the tour.<\/p>

Live Experiences:<\/strong>
A booking is confirmed only after full payment and receipt of our confirmation email.<\/p>

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy<\/h3>

We understand that travel plans change. Here is how we handle refunds:<\/p>

Audio Tours:<\/strong>
Once an access code has been activated or the tour has started, no refunds can be issued.<\/p>

Cooking Classes (Sunday Experience):<\/strong><\/p>

  • More than 24 hours notice: Full refund<\/p><\/li>

  • Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Food Walks:<\/strong><\/p>

    • More than 24 hours notice: Full refund<\/p><\/li>

    • Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Rescheduling may be offered depending on availability.<\/p>

      3. Deadlines & Punctuality<\/h3>

      Cooking Class Deadline:<\/strong>
      Online bookings close at 10:00 AM on the day of the experience.<\/p>

      Arrival:<\/strong>
      Please arrive on time. For cooking classes, arrival earlier than 5 minutes before the start time (13:30) is not recommended.<\/p>

      Late arrivals may miss part of the experience and cannot be refunded.<\/p>

      4. Health, Allergies & Safety<\/h3>

      Allergies:<\/strong>
      Guests must inform us of any dietary needs or allergies at least 24 hours in advance.<\/p>

      Alcohol:<\/strong>
      Some experiences include alcohol. Guests are responsible for their own consumption.<\/p>

      Personal Safety:<\/strong>
      You are responsible for your own safety during all experiences.<\/p>

      Liability:<\/strong>
      Live As Local is not liable for accidents, injuries, delays, or loss of personal belongings.<\/p>

      5. Respect the Neighborhood<\/h3>

      Our experiences take place in real neighborhoods.<\/p>

      Please:<\/p>

      • Respect residents and private property<\/p><\/li>

      • Keep noise levels low<\/p><\/li>

      • Leave no trash behind<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        And yes \u2014 respect the local cats \ud83d\udc3e<\/p>

        6. Intellectual Property<\/h3>

        All stories, riddles, routes, and recipes are the intellectual property of Live As Local.<\/p>

        Recording, copying, or sharing content without permission is not allowed.<\/p>

        7. Changes, Minimum Participants & Force Majeure<\/h3>

        We reserve the right to modify routes, locations, or timing if necessary.<\/p>

        Experiences may require a minimum number of participants. If this is not met, we may offer rescheduling or a full refund.<\/p>
